Do your really believe that a military treaty signed on the 22 june, before Pétain got the "full powers" (on the 10 July) could say anything about the delivery of ONE Jew to Germany ? The "Jewish question" occurs nowhere in the armistice treaty.
During the whole war, around 75 000 Jews were deported by the nazis from France to the German camps. 200 000 is really nonsense. !
And moreover, in June 1940, the Gestapo was not present in France. Only in 1942 did the Gestapo become the repressive German service in France. Before that the repression (of resistants) was under the control of the Secret Military Police (Geheime Feldpolizei) which was dismantled in 1942 and absorbed by the Gestapo.
