Алан Джон Персиваль Тейлор (25 марта 1906 — 7 сентября 1990) — английский историк, специализировавшийся на европейской дипломатии 19-го и 20-го века. Журналист и телеведущий, он стал известен миллионам благодаря своим телевизионным лекциям. Историк Ричард Овери назвал его «Маколеем нашей эпохи»[1].
