Mystery Dungeon (яп. 不思議のダンジョン фусиги но дандзён, Подземелье тайн) — серия компьютерных игр в жанре Roguelike на различные платформы, разрабатываемая в основном Chunsoft. Главным образом Chunsoft делает игры этой серии для других серий игр, только в игре Shiren the Wanderer появились оригинальные персонажи и мир. Первая игра серии — Torneko no Daibōken: Fushigi no Dungeon, спин-офф Dragon Quest IV (Chunsoft разработала первые пять игр серии Dragon Quest).
