Awarded to civil servants of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation, the federal service, federal agencies under the supervision of the Ministry and their territorial bodies, employees of subordinate organizations and other persons who have served in the water management sector for at least 25 years with great personal contributions to the development of water economy, environmental education, environmental education and the promotion of knowledge in this field. |
