English: Meetings of deputies with voters were one of the few (not forbidden) ways to discuss current issues - due to the bans on rallies, marches and other meetings of political and social orientation. However, life made adjustments here as well. At a meeting with voters of State Duma deputy Valery Rashkin (Moscow, Pushkinskaya square, June 26, 2021), held to discuss the enforcement of "vaccination," the introduction of QR codes, and other issues. But police officers began to seize and arrest the speakers (who were all represented by deputy Rashkin), representatives of public organizations and activists.

Also in the process of the meeting, there were minor clashes with provocateurs.

The participants expressed their disagreement with the violent nature of vaccination, the violation of citizens' constitutional rights, and their discrimination on the basis of vaccination or non-vaccination, and the violation of several articles of the Russian Constitution. Some of the speakers appealed to deputy Rashkin with a proposal to convene and hold an extraordinary meeting of deputies for a legal assessment of the actions of Sobyanin and other regional leaders. The proposal was supported by all participants of the meeting - unanimously.

The police arrested 8 participants (who spoke to the voters) during the meeting and immediately after it.
