English: Limu o Pele, Hawaiian, literally, "seaweed of Pele", after Pele the Hawaiian fire goddess of volcanoes, is a geological term for thin sheets and subsequently shattered flakes of brownish-green to near-clear volcanic glass that commonly resembles seaweed.
