Maghain Aboth Synagogue (Hebrew for "Shield of Our Fathers") at 24 Waterloo Street, Singapore 187950, is the oldest synagogue in Singapore and in Southeast Asia. The land on which it stands was granted by the Government to the Jewish community in 1873, and the synagogue was consecrated in 1878. It is a two-storey building designed in a neoclassical style. The synagogue was gazetted as a national monument on 27 February 1998.
