English: Marcel Journet (July 25, 1867 – September 7, 1933), was a French bass singer. He enjoyed a prominent career in England, France and Italy, and appeared at the foremost American opera houses in New York City and Chicago.

Italiano: Journet nacque nel dipartimento delle Alpi Marittime e studiò canto al Conservatorio di Parigi. Dopo il debutto a Montpellier nel 1891 prese subito a cantare in numerosi ruoli interpretando le opere di Richard Wagner e di diversi compositori italiani e francesi in una carriera che durò per circa quarant'anni.
