Clarification needed/Interwiki conflicts

Hmm, what exactly is this article about? The first image shows a reaper, the others show a combine harvester, and a combine cutterbar … the text (machine translation) seems to include rather different meanings in one article … and interwiki links currently point to different topics (mowers, reapers, harvesting machinery in general or so).

• The meanings of synonyms in different languages may be different and not the same. For example, the Russian "Ключ" means both a means of opening a door lock and a Spring with Clef and Switch. In English, these words are not synonymous. At the same time, not all meanings of the listed English names and their synonyms are analogous to the Russian word "Ключ". And historical these reapers from ruWikipedia have close contact and from one the second has developed.
