English: Russian Federation, Transport Ministry Medal "Pavel Melnikov" instituted on 18 October 2005. Awarded to managers and organizations working on road, inland waterway, air, urban power, rail, sea and industrial transport systems, road management, geodesy and cartography, the staff of the Ministry, the central apparatus of the federal services and federal agencies under the supervision of the Ministry, its regional bodies and other persons for achievement in high performance, improving the efficiency and quality of transport services, support and personal contribution to the development of transport and roads in municipalities and regions of the Russian Federation. To employees with at least 15 years experience, at least 2 of those in the Ministry and who were previously decorated.
