English: Note that recharging is only allowed at wind turbines and at other places only when there's excess generation as energy is needed for other things such as powering nondestructive industry (that excludes manufacturing of cars) and energy-efficient public transport.

Costs can be low by recharging at the sources at times of excess generation. These can often be known beforehand so you can take a bus to one of the wind turbines if a vehicle is free.

This idea is free of course and I don't know if anybody publicly proposed or tested this so far, had the idea over two years ago. I'll try to upload a better version of the image and maybe also for the concept (more of the wind turbine visible, background not so screwed up, more realistic vehicle), you can do so too.

I cut out the vehicle in the former image, put it on the left of the turbine, drew white color over the open turbine door, and drew a few cables (which it ignored). Then I generated an image (prompt was the same or very similar) that was not too bad and used it as an input image again in Imagine to make this version.

Another version didn't screw up the wind turbine in the back but decreased the quality otherwise. You or I could easily use the image in Imagine to make a better version of it, if I get one, I'll upload it as a new version.
