e. The bedroom above the garage is an at-tractive room done entirely innatuial redwood. Access to the two familysleeping rooms, as well as thebathroom betwetn, is throughan entry leading off from thewest end of the living room.These rooms are of ampleproportions with triple case-ment windows, wardrobeclosets and finished in whiteenamel. The built-in features of thesleeping rooms and bath areto a degree utilitarian andattractive, having wariholirclosets in cedar. The bath-room is amply equipped withlinen closet shelves with flapshinged at the bottom, a closetfor toilet articles and medi-cine, as well as a closet forcleaning utensils, vacuum cleaner, etc. While here in California we try to convince ourselves that no artificial hoat isneces.sary for comfoit, but this house, nevertheless, is well provided for in thisrespect, having not only a blazing hearth in winter time, but is adequately c-ciuippedwith a heater in the basement, supplying hot water heat to radiators throughoutthe house.
