Hanc tumuli serenissimi Regis Edwardi 4ti (quarti) figuram in sacello regio Windsoriensi siti submisso cultu D,D,D:F:S

"To the most illustrious and mighty prince, George, Duke of Albemarle, Earl of Torrington, Baron Monck of Potheridge, Beauchamp and Teyes; one of the Privy Chamber and Privy Council to the most august King Charles the Second, and Captain-General of all the army of his sacred Royal Majesty, and Master of the Horse, and Knight of the Most Noble Order of the Garter.
