This redesign option depicts a range of green infrastructure techniques in front of Connecticut's state capitol building in Hartford, including a bioswale along Capitol Avenue, permeable bike lanes traveling in both directions, and a meadow rich with flowers that provides a habitat for pollinators as an alternative to fescue on the Capitol lawn.
