Português: "O Minas Gerais, usado durante a Segunda Guerra, foi comprado em 1956 pelo presidente Juscelino Kubitschek à Real Marinha Britânica, para ser incorporado à Armada Brasileira. Meses antes desta foto, o porta-aviões foi designado para seguir para o sul do Brasil e ficar em prontidão na costa do Rio Grande do Sul visando a evitar a posse do presidente de direito João Goulart depois da renúncia de Jânio Quadros. S.l., dezembro de 1961. Correio da Manhã"

The 1973 law was in force until being replaced by the current (non-retroactive) Law 9.610 of 19 February 1998 (see translation), which came into effect on 20 June 1998. Photographic works produced after that date follow the Law 9.610 regulations.
