B.—^Double-pointed, and affording a peculiar touch when pressed laterally on the canvas. C.—In three parts, to prevent color accumulating and clogging the bottom of the brush. D.—Having a long, feathery edge, and affording sweeping touches. E.-—^Very long in the hair; for points or dots, rough lines and light dragging.
