These are programs of the National Park Service established for the purpose of documenting historic places. Records consist of measured drawings, archival photographs, and written reports.

  • Significance: The shed is a minor structure associated with the residential site at 3240 Cyrus Road, which was established between 1892 and 1901. The property is considered eligible to the National Register of Historic Places in terms of its association with community history. The shed is a utilitarian building formerly connected with the railroad. However, its presence on this residential lot is a typical instance of the widespread rural practice of recycling of small outbuildings for secondary purposes.
