  • Significance: The wash house is a minor structure associated with the residential site at 3240 Cyrus Road, which was established between 1892 and 1901. The property is considered to be eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places in terms of its associations with community history. The wash house was built around 1968 or 1969, and is an example of spare functional design of a traditional building type in a modern material.
