Билли Ли Тёрнер (англ. Billie Lee Turner II; род. 22 декабря 1945) — американский географ, специалист по среде обитания человека. Доктор (1974). Член Национальной академии наук США (1995) и Американского философского общества (2021). Регент-профессор Университета штата Аризоны, где трудится с 2008 года.

Сын ботаника Билли Ли Тёрнера. В 1968 году окончил Техасский университет, через год там же - магистратуру. В 1974 году получил докторскую степень в Университете Висконсин-Мэдисон.

Научные интересы связаны с вопросами изменения ландшафтов, проектированием городских территорий, их уязвимости и сопротивляемости и устойчивостью.
