St. Petersburg State University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics — that is where the third Russian Wiki Conference is to take place

The third international Russian language Wiki Conference will take place on the 24th and the 25th of October, 2009 in Saint-Petersburg. This is the conference of the contributors of the free online encyclopedia Wikipedia and other Wikimedia Foundation projects.
