There are slight mistakes in the article.

1. Seto did not have family names before 1920ies, they were called by Surname and Fathers name.

2. Seto surnames were officially Russian orthodox, but Seto always had a more or less corresponding Seto name that was actually used. Like Jakov was called Jakob, Nikolai Migul etc.

3. Seto first time got family names after Republic of Estonia started to give them passsports. Before were called by father's name or by the name of хутор. It is mistaken to say, that they had Russian family names before. As part of South Estonian ethnos, it was logical to give them culturally close names, in fact not exceptionally Estonian, but also Seto ones (i.e. Uja instead of Oja).

Article only has one source and thus is politically tilted and has mistakes. T6nis 07:33, 3 июня 2015 (UTC)[ответить]
