Norsk bokmål: Metekh, den gamle kongeborgen som nå er bygget om til fengsel. Ett av bildene fra reisen gjennom Georgia i perioden 3 juli til 14 juli 1925. Fridtjof Nansen ble invitert av republikkens president som ba ham om å reise rundt for å undersøke forholdene i landet slik at han kunne gi råd om utviklingsmulighetene. English: Metekhi, the old royal castle that has now been converted into a prison. One of the photos from the journey through Georgia between 3 July and 14 July 1925. Fridtjof Nansen was invited by the president of the republic who asked him to travel around to investigate the conditions in the country so that he could advise on development opportunities.
