А по-моему академик говорит про историю, а не экономику во-первых, и дает (если вы заглянете в саму статью) по вашему вопросу ссылку на Sergey Sarinyan, The National Ideology of Armenians. Yerevan 2005, p. 90–91 во-вторых.

Это замечательно. Одна во-первых, не забывайте атрибутировать мнения (поскольку это соверешенно очевидно не факт, а именно мнение по ВП:АИ), а во-вторых писать согласно ВП:НТЗ и не употреблять неопределённых выражений типа «в наше время» — Википедия:Оформление статей#Дата и время.
